As a lifelong resident of Olympia I was first licensed as an agent in 1973, obtained my brokers license and managed the first RE/MAX office in WA in 1975, and started Group/7 in 1980.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of the local real estate industry including distressed properties, REO properties, and providing BPO services for the asset management industries.

I also provide rental management services for rental owners.
